A Pimm’s InsTead

Over the next few days, I'll be transferring the last month's blog posts over to Substack. The Squarespace blog I'm currently using costs $240 a year, and Substack, although not as pretty, is free. It’s also more user-friendly and less complicated than Squarespace and allows me to post quite easily with the app. Complicated is the last thing I need now.

There’ll be no login or paid subscription. You can choose to subscribe for free, which means you’ll get an email with the full post content. If you choose not to subscribe, you can still visit the blog anytime.

Substack also allows reader comments, which I know many of you will exploit to the fullest.

There’ll be no donations or tips. I’m still not comfortable taking money from people. Buy yourselves a Pimm’s instead. The content will be pretty much the same in the short term, but over time, the posts will become shorter and likely written in less expressive language and tone.
